Localizado no bairro do Guará, em Brasília, o Apartamento Buriti é um estúdio de 32m² que se destaca pela integração inteligente de espaços e pela atmosfera acolhedora e funcional. O projeto foi concebido para atender à demanda do cliente de incorporar um espaço de home office sem comprometer o conforto do ambiente.
A cozinha, sala e home office foram integrados de maneira fluida e funcional, proporcionando um espaço social dinâmico. A materialidade neutra é pontuada pelo sofá em tom terracota, que envolve a mesa de trabalho, criando um ponto de cor central e convidativo.
Para maximizar o espaço sem sobrecarregar visualmente, optamos por um paneleiro suspenso por cabos de aço, adicionando armazenamento de forma leve e elegante. A área do forro foi revestida com ladrilho hidráulico branco, estendendo-se às paredes para criar um alinhamento visual coeso que define a área de serviços.
A ilha e as bancadas paralelas foram projetadas em granito cinza castelo escovado, não apenas adicionando textura ao espaço, mas também integrando os equipamentos. O tanque de pedra esculpida, feito do mesmo material, mimetiza-se de forma orgânica no ambiente, contribuindo para a estética moderna e funcional da cozinha.
O quarto apresenta uma paleta neutra que transmite aconchego, destacando-se pelo teto pintado de verde, que adiciona um toque de serenidade e conecta o ambiente com a natureza urbana presente na vista das janelas do apartamento.
BURITI APARTMENT
Located in the Guará neighborhood of Brasília, the Buriti Apartment is a 32m² studio known for its smart integration of spaces and welcoming, functional atmosphere. The project was designed to meet the client’s demand for incorporating a home office space without compromising the comfort of the environment.
The kitchen, living room, and home office are seamlessly integrated to create a dynamic social space. Neutral materiality is punctuated by a terracotta-toned sofa that surrounds the work desk, creating a central and inviting focal point of color.
To maximize space without overwhelming visually, we opted for a suspended pantry supported by steel cables, adding storage in a light and elegant manner. The ceiling area is clad in white hydraulic tile, extending to the walls to create a cohesive visual alignment that defines the service area.
The island and parallel countertops are designed in brushed Castle Grey granite, not only adding texture to the space but also integrating the appliances. The sculpted stone sink, made from the same material, organically blends into the environment, contributing to the modern and functional aesthetics of the kitchen.
The bedroom features a neutral palette that exudes coziness, highlighted by a green-painted ceiling that adds a touch of serenity and connects the space with the urban nature visible from the apartment’s windows.
